Scott Allen Jaegers, age 51 of Linn, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City.
Scott was born August 29, 1971, in St. Louis, a son to the late Jack and Sandra (Lechner) Jaegers.
Scott was a 1989 graduate of Jefferson City High School.
He was employed as a masonry worker for Carved in Stone.
On November 2, 2019, he was united in marriage to Jenny Fletcher in Fulton. She survives of their home.
Scott was of the Catholic faith and a member of the Masonic Lodge.
He loved the outdoors and enjoyed growing and cultivating plants, sitting around the campfire and grilling for his family and friends.
In addition to his spouse, he is survived by: four children, Dilian (Carolyn) Jaegers of Bonne Terre, Tristan Jaegers on active duty with the United States Marine Corp in Okinawa, Japan, Taylor Jaegers of Linn, and Savannah Jaegers of Fulton; one brother, Rich (Joyce) Jaegers of Linn; one sister, Lisa (Matt) Veltrop of Taos; two grandchildren, Jack James Jaegers and Aubrey Ann Jaegers; as well as his fur babies, Kaine, Raven, and Scrappy Doo along with his nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his fur baby, Rocko.
Visitation will be held from Noon to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 25, 2022, at Morton Chapel in Linn. Funeral Services will follow with Heather Holtmeyer officiating. Interment will be in the Linn Public Cemetery.
