Norma E. Thornton

Norma E. Thornton, age 73, of St. Charles formerly of Linn passed away Sunday, September 26, 2010.

Norma was born September 4, 1937 in St. Louis, a daughter to the late Norman and Majorie (Hounson) Hueste.

On September 19, 1964, she was united in marriage to James R. Thornton in Jefferson City. He survives at the home.

She was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church in St. Charles.

Norma was preceded in death by her daughter, Melanie Thornton in 2002.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 am-11:00 am, Thursday, September 30, 2010, at Morton Chapel in Linn.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am, Thursday, September 30, 2010, at St. George Church with Fr. I.C. Medina as the celebrant. Interment will follow in the St. George Cemetery.
