Louis Wilson

Louis R. ""Log"" Wilson, age 82 of Linn, Missouri passed away Thursday, June 19, 2008 at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City.

He was born September 15, 1925 in Osage County to the late James E. and Seda (Smith) Wilson.

Louis attended the Campground School in Osage County. He was a farmer and woodcutter and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a man who always had a smile for everyone.

He is survived by one brother, Floyd Wilson of Loose Creek and one sister, Martha Schieder of Jefferson City. He was a beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Leslie Wilson and Orvil Wilson and one sister, Bernice Hale.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 2008 at Morton Chapel in Linn. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Lyle Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in Linn Memorial Park Cemetery.
