Larry H. Reinkemeyer, age 63 of Linn, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2017, at SSM St. Mary’s Health Center in Jefferson City.
Larry was born June 25, 1954, in Jefferson City, a son to the late Lawrence “Bud” and Esther (Rustemeyer) Reinkemeyer.
Larry was a 1972 graduate of Linn High School.
Larry had been employed as a sawmill operator for Hatfield Timber Company and had also farmed.
Larry was a member of St. George Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus Council #4838.
He enjoyed deer hunting, St. Louis Cardinal baseball, working find a word puzzles, and especially enjoyed attending tractor pulls.
Larry is survived by: two brothers, Gary Reinkemeyer and his wife Carla of Linn and Dale Reinkemeyer and his wife Mary Kay of Loose Creek; one sister, Elaine Reinkemeyer of Springfield, IL; two nephews, five nieces, one great niece and one great nephew.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2017, at Morton Chapel in Linn.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2017, at St. George Catholic Church in Linn with Fr. Daniel Merz as the celebrant. Interment will follow in the St. George Parish Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
