Josephine W Dill

Josephine ""Jo"" W. Dill, 88 of Linn, MO passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at Autumn Meadows Skilled Care Facility in Linn.

She was born January 14, 1920, in Linn to the late Joseph and Susan (Ware) Wilson.

Jo attended the Buckendorf School. On March 25, 1939 she married Ray Dill in Linn.He preceded her in death on Jan. 8, 1987. She was a homemaker and enjoyed helping others. She had over 16,000 volunteer hours at the Linn Nutrition Center and was Volunteer of the Year for O.A.T.S. Jo was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church and was the President of Mt. Aeriel Cemetery Association.

Survivors include: one son, Ralph "Corky" Dill of Linn and Bryan and Carol Zweifel her daughter and husband. Grandchildren include: Mike and Angela Zweifel of Columbia, Brent and Ashley Zweifel of Richmond and Andrew Zweifel of Linn and one Great Grandchild Nicholas Zweifel of Columbia.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, four sisters and their spouses.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at Morton Chapel in Linn, Missouri.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2008 at Morton Chapel with Rev. John Swatosh officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Aeriel Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to St. John's UMC or to the Mt. Aerial Cemetery Association.
