Jeffrey Alan Haslag

Jeffrey Alan Haslag, age 60, of Linn, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at his residence.

Jeffrey was born on June 8, 1964, in Jefferson City, a son to the late Theodore “Ted” Haslag, Jr. and Nellie (Cavender) Haslag.

Jeffrey was a 1982 graduate of Linn High School. He proudly served his country in the United States Army from February 15, 1984, to September 17, 1990, during the Gulf War.

He enjoyed squirrel hunting, motorcycles, and watching sporting events. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his friends.

Jeffrey is survived by his four brothers, Paul (Laura) Haslag of Green Ridge, Jim (Valerie) Haslag of Linn, Eric and (Laura) Haslag of Linn and Brad Haslag of Marshall; along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends.

In addition to his parents, Jeffrey was preceded in death by a brother, Greg Haslag.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at Morton Chapel in Linn with a Celebration of Life Service and Military Honors to be held at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
