Helen A. Linnenbrink age 83 of Bonnots Mill passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at the Autumn Meadows Skilled Care Center in Linn.
Helen was born on August 19, 1926 in Shell City, Mo, a daughter to the late Theodore and Antoinette (Maus) Kirsch, Sr.
On November 10, 1947 Helen was united in marriage to Herbert Linnenbrink in Bonnots Mill. He preceded her in death on September 20, 1980.
Helen was a homemaker and also provided housekeeping as well as working for Tweedies Shoe Factory in Jefferson City.
Helen was a member of St Louis of France Catholic Church in Bonnots Mill. She enjoyed gardening, word puzzles and playing bingo.
Survivors include one son; Wilfred Linnenbrink of Jefferson City, three daughters; Martha Haslag and her husband Dennis of Linn, Margaret Walker and her husband James of Chamois and Susan Kremer and her husband Sam of Bonnots Mill, one brother; William "Billy" Kirsch of Linn, five sisters; Margaret "Mugs" Muenks of Loose Creek, Estella Salisbury of Kansas City, Beulah Dudenhoeffer of Jefferson City, Eva "Maggie" Kliethermes of Taos and Martha Jaegers and her husband Bud of Linn, 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 5 step-great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband Helen was preceded in death by one son; William "Bill" Linnenbrink, six brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will be 4:00pm-8:00pm Friday, December 4, 2009 at the Morton Chapel in Linn.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00am Saturday, December 5, 2009 at the St Louis of France Catholic Church in Bonnots Mill with Fr. Thomas Seifner as the Celebrant. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Expression of sympathy may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
