Geneva Enke Rufi Bogle

Geneva Enke Rufi Bogle, age 86 of Linn passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Autumn Meadows Skilled Care Facility in Linn.

She was born June 21, 1923 in Cooper Hill a daughter to the late Fred B. Enke and the former Bertha Buscher.

Geneva attended Possum Town School. On April 30, 1949 she was united in marriage to Ervin Rufi in Bland, MO. He preceded her in death on August 3, 1967.

She was confirmed at the United Church of Christ in Cooper Hill and attended Ryors-Ebenezer United Church of Christ. She was a seamstress and enjoyed dancing.

Geneva is survived by: two sisters; Esther Kraenow and her husband Darwin of Linn and Clara Winklemann of Herman and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by; one sister, Maedean Filler and two brothers, Clifford Enke and Eugene Enke.

Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Morton Chapel in Linn.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 31, 2009 at the Ryors-Ebenezer United Church of Christ with Rev. Barbara Zastrow officiating. Interment will follow in the Ryors-Ebenezer Church Cemetery.
