Eric Allen Miller

Eric Allen Miller, of Bonnots Mill, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022, at the age of 71.  His battle with cancer over recent months showed his courage in facing life challenges with a positive attitude.  Despite the pain, he stayed strong until the end.

Eric is survived by his wife of 41 years, Paulette (nee Fischer).  He was a very proud dad to three daughters: Andrea Miller (Per-Anders Robertsen), Litah Miller, and Celeste Reynolds (Robert).  He was equally proud of the newest additions to his family, his two granddaughters, Magdalene Agatha Reynolds and Elowyn Rose Miller-Robertsen.

He was preceded in death by his parents Elaine and Robert Miller of Drake.  He is survived by six siblings: John Miller, Lin Waselkov (Greg), Julie Smythe (John), J. Russel Miller, 

Marian Chang (Don) and Steven Miller.

Eric retired after 33 years as a Math and Science Instructor at Linn State Technical School.  He went on to pursue his passion on a full-time basis which included rebuilding cars and motorcycles.  His main passion was his business, Radio Revival, where he brought vintage radios back to life, bringing cherished memories back to his clients.

There will be a Celebration of Life held at Canterbury Winery and Restaurant on Thursday, September 15, 2022, in Open House style, beginning at 4 p.m.  Words and stories will be shared starting at 6:30 p.m. Bring your favorite story to share.
