Emily C. Goldberg

Emily C. Goldberg, age 25 of Jefferson City, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at her residence.

Emily was born on December 12, 1994, in Columbia, a daughter to Lewis and Katrinka (Pettry) Goldberg who survive of Bonnots Mill.

Emily was a residential client of CymaCare and Fidelis over the last 7 years and received excellent care and love from her staff. 

Emily attended school at Fatima and was 2015 graduate of Jefferson City High School and had wonderful teachers at both schools.

Emily liked Winnie the Pooh, all things Disney, drawing, writing on her computer, and planning her House in Heaven.

In addition to her parents, Emily is survived by six siblings, Christopher Goldberg of Imperial, Timothy Goldberg of Creve Coeur, Peter Goldberg of Arnold; George, Walter, and Erin Goldberg all of Bonnots Mill.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Janina and Sidney Goldberg.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 on July 18, 2020, at First Baptist Church in Linn, with Pastor David Krueger.  Private interment will be held at a later date in Jonesburg Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Council for Severe Autism.
