Eleanore Lock

Eleanore A. ""Polly"" Lock, age 91 of Linn, Missouri passed away Friday, June 20, 2008 at the Autumn Meadows Skilled Nursing Facility in Linn.

She was born on June 20, 1917 in Loose Creek to the late Hugo and Regina (Porth) Heinen.

Polly attended school in Loose Creek. On September 12, 1937 she married Edgar M. Lock who survives of the home.

She was a member of St. George Church, St. Ann's Sodality and the St. George Quilting Club. Polly was also a member of the Linn Garden Club for many years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons: Eugene ""Gene"" Lock and his wife Sandra of Lenexa, Kansas, Donald Lock and his wife Loretta of Kansas City, Missouri and Charles Lock and his wife Shirley of Linn; one daughter Sandra Lock and her husband Mark Ardin of Lake Elsinore, California, two sisters: Regina Dean of Longwood, Florida and Irene Rivera of Portland, Missouri, 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday, June 22, 2008 at Morton Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:00 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2008 at St. George Church with Rev. I.C. Medina and Rev. George Kramer officiating. Burial will follow in the St. George Church Cemetery.
