Donna Lee Helfrich

Donna Lee (Crowe) Helfrich, age 85 of Linn, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at her residence.

She was born on July 2, 1939, in Linn, Missouri to Donald and Louise (Senevey) Crowe. 

Donna was married to Charles “Tom” Helfrich on February 20, 1960. They were married for 61 wonderful years until he passed away on February 18, 2021. They are together now dancing on the streets of gold in Heaven. She is also reunited with her beautiful grandson, Jeffrey Thomas Helfrich, who passed away on December 13, 2003.

Donna is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Ken) Loerch; her son, Thomas (Shelly) Helfrich; three grandchildren, Andy (Tiffany) Wolfe, Cassie (Brad) Sneller and Matt (Kim) Helfrich; eight great grandchildren, Kylie (Avery) Wolfe, Tanner Hackmann, Tommy Scheulen, Jeffrey Helfrich, Andi Wolfe, Rylee Sneller, Raylan Wolfe and Lucas Sneller; her step grand and great grandchildren, Sydney (Dalton) Stussy and Hunter, Nathan and Brayden. 

Family was everything to Donna. She was definitely and fierce mama bear. She loved and protected her children and grandchildren with everything she had.

She was a beautiful woman who lit up every room she entered. She knew no stranger and loved her family and friends deeply. She loved playing cards and putting together puzzles. Her favorite thing was spending time with her family. Nana was loved so much by all the kids. She will be greatly missed by all. Just keep dancing Momma!

In keeping with Donna’s wishes she was cremated, and no services will be held.
