Dave Mitchell, III.

Dave Mitchell, III., age 64, of Linn, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2023, at his residence in Linn.

Dave was born on March 10, 1958, in Portland, Maine a son to the late Eugene D. Mitchell, Jr. and Barbara A. (Parmeter) Mannon, who survives in Linn.

Dave attended school in Augusta and El Dorado, Kansas, later earning his GED.

Dave served his country in the United States Army, serving overseas in Hawaii. 

In addition to his mother, Barbara, Dave is survived by two brothers, James M. (Lani) Mitchell of Cape Coral, Florida and Jeffrey A. Mitchell of Orlando, Florida; four sisters, C.J. Young of Linn, Julie A. (Ronnie) Smart of Mt. Sterling, Shellie L. Mitchell of Winfield, KS. and Tammy E. Mitchell of Wichita, KS; nieces and nephews, Jamie Mitchell, Monica Parscal, Desiree Young, Lacy Wells, Steven Maness, David Wilson, Chad Wilson, Amanda Wilson, Ben, and Boyd Matlock; along with several great nieces, nephews, and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
