Connie G. Frank, age 73, of Linn, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at University Women's and Children's Hospital in Columbia.
Connie was born February 10, 1939, in Loose Creek, a daughter to the late Mathias and Elizabeth (Haslag) Jaegers.
Connie was a graduate of the Sisters of St. Mary High School and received her nursing education at St. Louis University.
On August 26, 1967, she was united in marriage to Ferdinand C. Frank in Jefferson City. He preceded her in death on September 27, 2007.
Connie worked as a nurse, a daycare provider and a student aide at Linn RII School.
She was a member of St. George Catholic Church and St. Ann's Sodality.
Connie enjoyed gardening, refinishing antique furniture, quilting, and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Connie is survived by: two daughters, Sheila and her husband Richard Hock of Linn, and Sharon and her husband Brandon Miranda of Loose Creek; three sisters, Sr. Mary Louise Jaegers, FSM of Pilot Knob, Anna Marie and her husband Floyd Frank, Jr. of Linn, and Theresia and her husband Clifford Higgins of Centertown; four grandchildren, Lauren and Evan Hock, and Lacy and Alisha Miranda; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Connie was preceded in death by: three brothers, Jerome, Bernard, and Francis Jaegers; two sisters, Clarabelle Jaegers, and Agnes Frank.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2012, at Morton Chapel in Linn.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 4, 2012, at St. George Catholic Church in Linn with Fr. I.C. Medina as the Celebrant. Interment will follow in the St. George Parish Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. George School in Linn or Immaculate Conception School in Loose Creek.
