Clara M. Kirsch, 79, of Linn, Mo., died Monday, April 28, 2008, at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City, Mo.
She was born October 12, 1928 in Frankenstein to the late Alex and Laura (Troesser) Dudenhoeffer.
Clara attended Our Lady of Help Church School in Frankenstein, Mo.
On April 21, 1951, she married William ""Bill"" Kirsch in Frankenstein. He survives of the home.
Clara was a homemaker and loved canning, fishing, quilting and gardening, especially roses. She also was a child care provider for many years. She was a member of the
St. George Church in Linn, Mo.
Clara is survived by four sons; Dave Kirsch and his wife, Barb of Jefferson City, Dan Kirsch and his wife, Edith of Frankenstein, Joseph Kirsch and Charlene Marti of Linn, John Kirsch and wife, Vicki of Jefferson City; five daughters, Geri Ivy and husband, Jerry of Linn, Rose Orscheln and husband, Larry of Loose Creek, Robin Peters and husband, Joe of Frankenstein, Judy Rustemeyer and husband, Andy of Linn and Mary Jane Stephenson and husband, Rick of Linn; one brother, Wilfred Dudenhoeffer of Linn; 25 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers; Leonard Dudenhoeffer and Edward Dudenhoeffer.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 1, 2008, at Morton Chapel in Linn.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 2, 2008, at St. George Catholic Church in Linn, Mo., with the Rev. I.C. Medina as the Celebrate. Burial will follow in the St. George Church Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the St. Ann's Sodality of St. George Church.
