Catherine R. Wibberg

Catherine R. Wibberg, age 75 of Linn, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City.

Catherine was born February 18, 1935, in Frankenstein to the late Henry and Anna (Gentges) Wibberg.

She attended school in Linn and was a member of St. George Catholic Church and St. Ann's Sodality.

Catherine was survived by: one brother, August "Gus" and his wife Ann Wibberg of Linn; two sister-in-laws, Betty Wibberg of Spring, TX and Rosemary Wibberg of Taos; one brother-in-law, Steve Bennett of St. Charles; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Catherine was preceded in death by: four brothers, Anthony, Albert, Alphonse and Christopher Wibberg; and two sisters, Angeline Bennett and Elizabeth Wibberg.

Visitation will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 10, 2010, at St. George Catholic Church in Linn.

Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. I.C. Medina as the Celebrant. Interment will be in the St. George Church Cemetery.
