Carla Ann Brandt, age 44 of Chamois passed away Thursday, February 11, 2010 at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City.
Carla was born August 10, 1965 in Jefferson City, a daughter to the late Alphonse H. Brandt and Catherine (Falter) Brandt who survives of the home in Chamois.
She was a 1983 graduate of Chamois High School. Carla was employed by the Missouri Department of Revenue for 22 years.
Carla was a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Church in Frankenstein and the Ladies Sodality. She was an animal lover and enjoyed crocheting and watching movies.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by: three brothers, James and his wife Elaine Brandt, Jerry and his wife Kathy Brandt and Gary and his wife Bonnie Brandt all of Chamois; five sisters, Betty Lou Brandt of St. Martins, Margie Elder and her husband Jake of Jefferson City, Diane Schollmeyer and her husband Fred of Chamois, Karen Dudenhoeffer and her husband Pete of New Bloomfield and Doris Fitzpatrick and her husband Dennis of Wardsville, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one sister, Rose Ann Brandt.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 14, 2010 at Morton Chapel in Linn.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 15, 2010 at Our Lady Help of Christians Church in Frankenstein with Fr. I.C. Medina and Fr. Ed Schmidt as the concelebrant. Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery in Loose Creek.
