Betty Lee Pearon

Betty L. Pearon age 80 of Linn passed away Sunday, November 15, 2009 at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City.

Betty was born Oct. 18, 1929 in Chamois, a daughter to the late Harrison and Bessie (Wolf) Benson.

She attended school in Aud. She worked as a home health care worker for a number of years. She enjoyed baking and she dearly loved her family.

When her health permitted she attended the Ryors Church, the Lane Union Church as well as the Fairview Church.

Survivors include eight sons; Richard Volkart of Taos, Dennis Volkart of Covington, Tenn, James Volkart of Linn, Leland Roark of Brazito, David Roark of Brazito, Dallas Roark of Long Beach, Cal, Tom Roark of Linn and Robert Pearon of Linn, two daughter; Jeannie Clark of Linn and Debbie Scheulen of Linn, one brother; Bob Duncan of Linn as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, two brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be 10:00am-11:00am Wednesay, November 18, 2009 at the Morton Chapel in Linn.

Graveside Servicves will be 11:30 am Wednesday at the Lane Union Cemetery.
