Betty J. Clark

Betty J. Clark, age 78 of Linn passed away Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Autumn Meadows Skilled Nursing Facility in Linn.

Betty was born May 5, 1932 in Poplar Bluff, a daughter to the late Charles H. and Lena Mae (Cole) Freer.

Betty attended school in Poplar Bluff and was of the Catholic faith.

Betty worked for the Visinet Mill Factory in St Louis for over 25 years and also at Bills CafAC. in Arnold for 5 years.

On September 26, 1969 Betty was united in marriage to John Henry Clark in Arnold. He preceded her in death on June 3, 1993.

Betty is survived by three step sons: Roger and his wife Jeannie Clark of Linn, John "Woody" and his wife Teresa Clark of Arnold, Bruce Clark of Las Vegas, one brother: William E. Freer of Pevely as well as 9 step grandchildren and 15 step great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Betty was preceded in death by one son: Gary Chisum, one step son: Charles J. Clark, one step daughter: Peggy D. Stulce and one brother: Ralph G. Freer.

Private family burial will be held at a later date in Linn Memorial Park Cemetery.
