Albert H. Moeller, age 67 of Linn, passed away Monday, October 19, 2009 at Autumn Meadows Skilled Nursing Facility in Linn.

He was born on November 22, 1941 in Linn, a son to the late Paul and Marie (Wilbers) Moeller.
Albert attended school in Linn and graduated from Linn High School in 1961.

On August 10, 1963 in Linn, Albert was united in marriage to Laverne I. (Buscher) Moeller. She preceded him in death on September 20, 2001.

Albert was a lifelong resident of Osage County. He was a farmer, owned and operated Al's Shell Service Station in Linn and worked for a number of years in construction for JC Industries. In his later years, Albert worked at BJ's Restaurant in Linn.

He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, hunting and was an avid Cardinal baseball fan. Albert was a member of the St. George Catholic Church.

Albert is survived by: three daughters, Lisa Dover and her husband Scott of Hughesville, MO, Paula Smith and her husband Eric of Springfield, MO, and Melissa Evans and her husband Brian of Clever, MO; one brother, Ronald and his wife Patti of Linn; three sisters, Betty Braun and her husband Richard of Osage Bend, Gladys Fritchley and her husband Tom of Linn, and Frieda Buchta and her husband Hugo of Russellville; five grandchildren, Justine, Zachery and Zaine Dover, Tyler and Katherine Evans as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 21, 2009, at Morton Chapel in Linn with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, October 22, 2009 at St. George Catholic Church with Fr. I.C. Medina as the celebrant.

Interment will follow in the St. George cemetery.
